Wilmington’s gearing up for a vibrant Caribbean Festival this Saturday, August 15th — the third annual celebration packed with culture, color, and community. The big parade kicks off at noon in Rodney Square, but first, key downtown streets including King Street (Fourth to Twelfth) and Market Street (Tenth to Eleventh) will be closed from 10 AM to 4 PM to make way for the festivities.
