This island nation is dotted with boats along the shoreline in it's turquoise waters. Buildings are being constructed.  The main street in town for the tourists is being repaved in attractive paver blocks.  My guess, this is the newest and next destination to be pushes for the three most southern Dutch Caribbean islands.  With less tourism here, the reefs aren't damaged and over used as the other two island of Aruba and Curaçao have been the main destinations.  This place is the one to watch.
