Caribes 2.0 toma distancia de las visiones globales de los cuerpos colonizados del Caribe y de sus condiciones materiales para examinar la relación entre lo local y lo global en las culturas caribeñas contemporáneas, y el rol de los medios en la invisibilidad o hipervisibilidad de las culturas caribeñas en las islas y la diáspora estadounidense.
