One of the biggest mental blocks I see in entrepreneurs, especially early on, is around pricing. We hesitate to charge what we're really worth, not because the market won't bear it, but because we're still thinking like our old selves. I've been there too. Most of us come from backgrounds where money was tight, and when it comes time to price our services, we imagine what we could've afforded years ago. But here's the truth: you're not your customer, and your old financial situation should have nothing to do with your current pricing strategy. In this episode, I talk about how pricing should be rooted in the real value you provide, not your emotional hang-ups. I break down how to assess the market, evaluate your skill level, and understand where you stand compared to your competitors. If others in your space are charging $1,000 and you know you bring more to the table, then you should charge more. On the flip side, if you're still gaining traction or experience, price accordingly, but do it based on facts, not feelings. You have to take your own wallet out of the equation. Stop undercharging out of guilt. Stop projecting your past onto your current clients. They didn't come to you because you were the cheapest; they came because they believe you can help them.
