Carissa Reiniger Episode 5 - Small business SLAP

Carissa is the founder and CEO of New York based Silver Lining - a software company dedicated to helping small businesses. She has interviewed hundreds of small businesses to get a true sense of their needs and challenges and put together the small business SLAP program. Carissa had some ups and downs in the early days of her business and now has some great momentum. I don't think I have ever met anyone so dedicated to small businesses. Many small businesses are struggling because they don't get help and don't have a clear and simple framework to work from. Carissa's company has built such a framework and is helping thousands of businesses as a result. I really enjoyed my chat with Carissa.
