Ein Kühlschrank und ein Regal voller Lebensmittel, aus denen sich jeder bedienen darf – das ist die Idee des Caritas-Projekts "TauschGut". Sabine Kaiser und Josephine Malvar retten Lebensmittel vor dem Wegwerfen und geben es in ihren Einrichtungen und in Pfarreien weiter. Zum einen hilft das dem Geldbeutel der Menschen, die zum Teil von Armut bedroht sind. Zum anderen aber auch der Umwelt. Denn bei der Herstellung von Lebensmitteln fällt automatisch auch viel CO2 an.
