El secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana del Gobierno Regional de Lima [GORELI], el coronel (r) Carlos Augusto Remy Ramis, aseguró públicamente que el alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cañete [MPC], Lic. Alexander Julio Bazán Guzmán, casi nunca asiste a las reuniones organizadas por el Comité Regional de Seguridad Ciudadana [CORESEC], realizadas en el norte chico de la región y cuyo rol fundamental es la de consolidar estrategias para la lucha contra el crimen y la inseguridad ciudadana.
