Carnivorist Chats Episode 27 "Healing By The Sun" with Alex Ball

Alex Ball has an incredible healing story to share. From a young age, she had always felt very "sickly". After chronic antibiotic use for bronchitis and ear and sinus infections ruined her gut, she turned to a vegetarian and then vegan diet for hope and healing. Unfortunately, it was about to get worse, much worse. On her last two years on a vegan diet she suffered from severe malnutrition and weight loss, low iron and anemia, B-12 deficiency, hair loss, brain fog and more. She hit her breaking point when she was in bed for 20 hours a day from fatigue and struggled to hold a job and relationships. She knew she was dying and had to make a change. That change came in the form of adding animal foods back into her diet. From animal-based to now high fat carnivore, Alex has gone from dying to thriving and now is "in the driver's seat of her destiny" It was such an honor to chat with Alex as there are so many similarities in our journey's and her testimony is such a powerful one.
