Kelsey is the founder of the Instagram page NoReason2BVegan. She is a former vegan herself, with first-hand experience of how this way of eating can be harmful to your health. After many years of researching truths, Kelsey has made it her mission to help others to not fall into the trap of veganism. Her content strikes a great balance between informative and humorous, however she takes this very seriously by sharing real data, indisputable facts, and the hard realities behind an ideology trying to force their way of thinking on everyone else. Kelsey was dropping facts and knowledge bombs throughout this episode.
