Serena Musick has an incredible healing story of disordered eating to share. From the time she was 12 (when she bought her first diet pills) she went on a roller coaster ride with her weight and health, literally trying almost every diet out there. That all changed when she caught covid in 2020 and had to stop eating many foods because during recovery her senses of taste and smell were altered so badly it became debilitating. She found the carnivore way of eating and has not looked back. Serena freed herself from the diet mentality and is now coaching and promoting this way of eating through her social media platforms and network called "The Carnivore Revolution."
