Carol Brown: We are all human at the end of the day

Carol is a wife and mother to two boys, she also has a small business in Northland! Carol has a huge passion for people, leadership, and coaching and this is clear throughout our kōrero!  At the time of this podcast Carol was the Microsoft Small to Medium Business Lead for New Zealand and Australia! She is also proud to represent Aotearoa on the Forbes Coaches Council! Carol’s experience in coaching is phenomenal; she is recognised as an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, DISC and EQ Consultant as well as just generally being a great human all to help coach people to thrive and be their awesome selves!
