Carolina Panthers rest majority of starters in preseason loss at New England

Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales opted to hold out Bryce Young and the majority of the team's starters on Thursday night in the team's preseason opener at New England. Meanwhile, Kansas City and Buffalo, notable Super Bowl contenders, have announced that they'll player their starters, including quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen. It's still unknown whether Canales will choose to hold out his starters vs. New York and Buffalo.
