Caroline Parker - Election 2026

Caroline Parker has called Bowen Island home for 17 years and has been an active participant in community life throughout much of that time. With a background in law and education, Caroline brings both professional experience and a long familiarity with Bowen to her decision to run for Council.In this conversation, we talk about many of the issues facing the island: housing and affordability, water and infrastructure, development and the OCP, the environment, emergency preparedness, governance, and how a small municipality decides what it can realistically afford and accomplish.But Caroline also brings the conversation back to community.
