Caroline Sumners is the president & founder of Empower Academic Coaching, an individualized academic and coaching support program for middle & high schoolers that focuses on developing the whole student. A former middle & high school science & English teacher, Caroline was inspired to start her company when she saw how little time there was in the classroom setting to teach effective strategies for learning rather than just content. Caroline loves helping students take control of their academic goals, strengthen their executive function skills, and gain confidence by providing a space where they learn alternative solutions and strategies not typically taught in a school setting.
