On her 25th bday, Carolyn Keizl signed her lease (in the midst of the pandemic) and opened her gorgeous salon, The Hideaway Haverhill in the basement of her local gym in Haverhill, MA! About 6 years ago, in the beginning of her career, Carolyn was fortunate to find a NYC master stylist who moved ''back home'' to whom she assisted/apprenticed and learned everything from very classy to very edgy looks! When she hit the floor she felt it was time to find a new salon to grow at. Finding a new salon owned by 2 women who were not stylists, they filled her book and built a team of 7 stylists working 7 days a week! She enjoyed working there until she was ready to open her own salon... the very day she was going to announce leaving, the manager did too, unfortunately this didn't make for a peaceful exit.
