Carolyn Pollack

In early 2018, Dan and Jenny sat down with their amazing friend Carolyn to talk about how she has moved through the world as a Yukoner.  Her time in Indonesia, Africa, Australia, Singapore and now in Calgary, and the wonderful foods in each place. Carolyn is an incredible cook. We ask her thoughts in how these travels have changed her and/or strengthened her core beliefs that all people deserve equality.  But mostly we talk about food, food and more food.
