She showed up. She saw the mirrors. She almost left.But the white belts trained on the side without mirrors. So she stayed.She never trained for the belt. She trained to heal, to strengthen, to refine herself in mind, body, and spirit. Nearly three years later the black belt came as a byproduct of all of that work.That is not just a fitness story. That is a blueprint for how Leah Garcia approaches everything she does.Closed Mouths Do Not Get FedThe heart of today’s conversation was authentic engagement and what it actually costs people to keep showing up generously in online communities without expecting anything in return.Leah made a point that landed hard: the no pitch coffee chat is one of the most controversial things she talks about.
