Jesus didn’t just rise—He ascended to empower His Church and send us on mission. In this message from Acts 1:1–11, we’re reminded that the Holy Spirit is our source of power, we are God’s plan A, and the mission continues through us.Discussion Questions:1. When you think about your relationship with Jesus, what role or position do you imagine Jesus holding? Your savior? Your friend? Have you ever thought of him as the King of the Universe?2. When you hear that “you are a witness,” what do you think you are expected to do? How does that make you feel?3. Read Matthew 5:14-16. Are there ways, big or small, that your life “shines” like this?
