In this podcast, Brooke Patterson hosts Dr Erik Denison (PhD, Research Fellow Monash University) and Neil Hay (Rugby Victoria President) about a trial published in the BJSM which tested the effectiveness of an education program delivered by professional rugby players designed to stop homophobic language. They discuss openly and honestly the challenges in changing behaviour in community sport.
