Carrying on a Georgia Tradition of Service

Both Max Cleland and Johnny Isakson made a difference for America's veterans during their tenures in Washington. Cleland's time as VA secretary resulted in classifying PTSD as an illness, while Isakson's time as Chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee had him doubling down on the number of veterans who will need services in the coming years. Now, former North Georgia Congressman and VA Secretary nominee Doug Collins picks up on Isakson's warning about the number of Iraq and Afghanistan conflict veterans who will need services and the "Choice Program" that would be instrumental in getting medical service to them.
