Carson Duggan played played hockey for St. Lawrence University on a full ride scholarship, then internationally in Prague for HC Slavia Praha. Following her successful playing career she entered the coaching world at Trinity College, eventually going onto coach at Ohio State and UConn. Now she coaches at WHL Academy, an online platform helping girls get recruited to play college hockey. We had a great conversation about her recruiting process, being grateful for opportunities, her tips for mental training, and more! Hope you enjoy!
