Carter Hach- Author and Owner of Street Car

from Nashville Restaurant Radio · host New Light Hospitality

Carter Hach joined us in studio to talk about his book The Hachland Hill Cookbook, and his new restaurant and beer garden Streetcar! Carter is Grandson to Phila Hach, who started Hachland Hill, and is who he wrote the cookbook to pay homage to. The Hachland Hill Cookbook is the recipes and legacy of Phila Hach. We dig into the book and some of the recipes as well as his new restaurant on Charlotte Pike, Streetcar. Streetcar is a gastropub and biergarten, that focuses on smoked meats. The Smoker outside, made by local restaurant veteran Edgar Pendley, is something to be envious of. I actually left the interview and went to eat lunch there, and it was fantastic! The show starts off with a small speech by me, titled, I bought a Jeep. Let me know your thought on IG @brandon_NRR
