She described how the dragons guided her to create her own version of Dragon Reiki, which she now teaches. Casca also mentioned her connection to Iceland and how it deepened her work with dragons. She discussed her two books, "Dragon Reiki" and "The Akashic Records and Dragon Medicine," which detail her experiences and teachings. Casca also shared her recent shift in her work, focusing on breath and song as a facilitator, and how this has led to powerful healings. The group expressed interest in experiencing one of Casca's dragon breaths, which she agreed to demonstrate.   Guided Meditation With Spiritual Entities   Casca led a guided meditation session, inviting participants to focus on their breath, ground, and body. She then expanded the meditation to include the emotional body and invited various spiritual entities such as spirit guides, galactic soul family, ancestors, animal guides, and dragons.
