Welcome to Episode Sixty-Three of Do You Dare?   This week we are turning the creepiness factor to 100 as we take on the case of a modern American urban legend that in its relatively short history has spread globally.   (Trigger warnings: N/A)   In this episode Em unpacks the folklore surrounding the Black Eyed Children.
