She holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, a postgraduate diploma in orthopaedic medicine, and an MSc (Distinction) in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Ellie is also an active member in the British Elbow & Shoulder Society (BESS). Ellie has published in BMJ Sports and Exercise Medicine and contributed to The Shoulder: Theory and Practice.
