Casey Welch - From College Football to CEO of Tallo

Today D.J. and Kate sit down with Casey Welch, CEO of Tallo. Before starting his own company, Casey was a walk-on kicker at Purdue University (at the same time D.J. was there). Casey talks about the recruiting process and what it actually means to "walk on" to a college sports team. After Casey stepped away from football and joined the workforce until he decided he needed to build a business idea, which today is known as Tallo. Tallo works with universities and companies to help introduce them to students and talent (primarily in the tech industry, but expanding) much in the same way college sports recruits high school athletes. Engineers, welders, machinists, and other tradespeople don't have a way to showcase themselves or their talent. Casey's company is here to change that.
