Cassa Pancho is CEO, Founder and Artistic Director of Ballet Black, a professional ballet company for dancers of colour which she set up in 2001. Ballet Black has won numerous awards including an Olivier Award for best dance production and a Critics’ Circle National Dance Award for Outstanding Company and Cassa was awarded an MBE in the 2013 New Years’ Honours List for services to Classical Ballet.
