Cast Four Anchors and Pray for Daylight

Everyone encounters storms. In fact, one day I found myself thinking about big storms I have faced. Our whole nation was in a storm in 2020 and we didn’t know what to do. Acts 27:29 kept coming to mind. It is a seemingly insignificant historical statement that speaks to the heart in a storm. “They cast four anchors and wished for daylight.” If you haven’t done that you probably will.
