Castro Urdiales es una ciudad costera, situada en la Comarca Zona Oriental de Cantabria. Está situada a tan solo 35km de Bilbao y a 75 de la Capital cántabra, Santander. Siendo segunda residencia o lugar de veraneo y fin de semana para muchos visitantes, vascos sobre todo, Castro Urdiales se ha convertido, mayormente, en una ciudad de servicios, sin olvidar tan importantes tradiciones como la pesca.
