Kristian Manietta is my guest for EP #40. Kristian and I met a few years ago while I was running a shop in Whistler for a yoga brand.  He is an endurance athlete, high performance coach, entrepeneur and he and his wife host of the Endurance Specific podcast based in Whistler. Kristian is originally from Australia and had spent years as a snowboard athlete before finally moving here full time. We talk about how he came to live in Whistler, "Everesting", snowboarding, health and conditioning, coaching, hunting and a bunch of other stuff that is worth listening to.
