Casual with Ryan Proctor featuring Mark Abma #38

from Casual with Ryan Proctor · host CasualwithRyanProctor

Mark Abma = EP #38. I am going to assume if you are skier who follows skiing,  you know who Mark is, but just in case..  Mark is a professional skier and entrepreneur and seems to love being outside more than inside. His segment in MSP Seven Sunny Days (TV On Radio - Wolf Like Me song) from 2007 is for sure in my top 5 favourite seggies ever! That movie was also the first time I got to work with Mark. He was one of the first I heard of to convert cooking oil into fuel for his "monster" truck. We talk a little about skiing, but Mark fills me in on his personal wellness and health focus as well has his new project on Gambier Island with longtime friend Chris Turpin. We also talk about travel, his winter plans and as usual other stuff I forget about. It was a great chat and I think I'll be buying a brain wave headband soon, as well as a bidet. Thanks for the chat, Mark! Great to have you on the show!  You can find Mark on instagram @MarkAbma Video version on Youtube: https://youtu.be/I8Ys78GcPTE Audio links: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3S65PiFTzEJkQi5FlXw6IN?si=-yZOtFYaS4qTCx-BOiwXVw Thanks for supporting the podcast!
