Early voting is underway in Durham. Voters will cast their ballots over the next 16 days. There are city council seats up for grabs and there's also the mayoral race. Current mayor Leonardo Williams is facing four opponents in his re-election bid. His challengers include Anajnee Bell, the daughter of longtime Durham mayor Bill Bell. Other challengers include Rafiq Zaidi, Lloyd Phillips and Pablo Friedmann. Cat Lawson, Voter Protection Lawyer for the N.C.
