Catalyst Crafted Ales: Double Take

Will Walthersen, head brewer of Catalyst Crafted Ales, talks with Greg about a new beer from Catalyst Crafted Ales called Double Take. It's an 8.2% ABV double dry hopped imperial hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka hops. It also has Phantasm Thiol Powder derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which is used to enhance the flavor of the hops. Greg & Will also talk about some of the other beers Catalyst has going on and also some things planned for the future of Catalyst. And, of course, they talk about football (college & pro).
