Can Catcalling be appropriate ? Yes and no. Catcalling can be done correctly if you got game , rizz etc. In my own understanding women love attention and if you're a gentleman of class making her feel comfortable and not harrassing her in way that makes you look like a creep you sir have succeeded in getting the girl for whatever reason what so ever and one last thing always remember to state your reason why you approached her and ladies be careful out there and cut the guys some slack, be polite to a guy.
