Catching a Buzz — A Viral Dare and a Flesh-Eating Fly Infestation

Strange flies swarm Kohler after Halloween, and a reckless candy-snorting dare gives them a way inside. David O’Hanlon’s “Catching a Buzz” follows babysitter Clarrisa Hart and a town facing far more than an ordinary insect problem. Wounds become breeding grounds, animals suffer and a shadowy figure appears wherever the swarm gathers. This parasitic body-horror story combines a viral challenge, gruesome infestation and a possible supernatural plague. Cold weather should bring relief from flies. In Kohler, it may only make them more desperate for somewhere warm. Sponsored by HenFlix.com.
