Post Hunger Games, Katniss is adjusting to life in Victor's Village, life with Gale working in the coal mines, and life with Peeta and her not on the best of terms. The Victory Tour is just around the corner and obviously Katniss once again has no time to think about boys as President Snow has threatened her to abide by the Capitals rules.
