Catechesis – The Saints Who Loved to Joke – Fr Peter George Flynn OFMConv

Fr Peter George Flynn marks the feast of St Lawrence, patron saint of comedians, with a tour of the Church's funniest saints: a one-liner delivered from the gridiron, Padre Pio's habit of leaping out at his fellow friars, Pier Giorgio Frassati's short-sheeting, and a Mexican martyr who talked his way past his own pursuers in disguise.
