On the 1st hole at Wombat Hills, Helen has teed off and Charlotte has arrived at the ball in the fairway to make the 2nd stroke for the side. Charlotte marks the spot of Helen's ball and lifts it from the course, replacing her own ball on the spot. One of their opponents, Big P doesn't believe that is allowed and claims the hole. What is the ruling?
