Catholic Bible Daily Reflections Podcast Episode 26 | Exodus 5 - 6 | God Promises Deliverance

Welcome to Episode 26 of the Catholic Bible Daily Reflections Podcast (Daily Reflection #26). Today we are discussing Exodus chapters 5-6 in the Catholic Bible and reflecting on these events from a today perspective. We see Moses’ first failed attempt with the Pharaoh, and Moses feeling all the weight, discouragement and insecurities. He shares this with God, and God reassures Moses, and in turn Moses to the Israelites, that the Israelites’ deliverance is assured. To be still and know that he is God and will deliver what he promised in the covenant. Pharaoh increases the burden on the Israelites by making them find their own straw to make their bricks. God sends Moses back to Pharaoh and we will see God’s plan move forward in our next Exodus chapters. I hope you enjoy today’s reflection ❤️
