Catholic Bible Daily Reflections Podcast Episode 29 | Exodus 13 - 14 | God Parts the Red Sea

Welcome to Episode 29 of the Catholic Bible Daily Reflections Podcast. Today we are discussing Exodus chapters 13-14 and reflecting on these events from a today perspective. We see the Israelites being led by God through the wilderness in a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. God institutes an ordinance for the Israelites to consecrate their firstborn sons to God in remembrance of God sparing their firstborn from the tenth plague in Egypt. When Pharaoh confronts the Israelites at the Red Sea, God parts the sea, the Israelites cross to the other side, and the entire Egyptian army is drowned in the sea after going in after the Israelites. I hope you enjoy today’s episode and reflection ❤️
