Cathy collaborates across departments to create educational content, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance the organization’s dedication to culinary excellence. Beyond her role at Whole Foods Market, Cathy has the honor of judging prestigious competitions worldwide as an active member of culinary organizations such as the International Guilde des Foragers, American Cheese Society, Les Dames d’Escoffier and the Cheese Importers Association.
