Joe B. brings over a collection of pre-fire Heaven Hill that were called "cats & dogs." Cats and Dogs refers to a term in the liquor industry of labels that a company produces, but gives no marketing budget. These particular bottles were exports to Japan.  Joe brings them over, cracks 'em open and we taste through them based off age statement.
