Cattle Markets React to USDA Reports: Implications for Risk Management with Elliott Dennis

Elliott Dennis is an assistant professor and livestock economist in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  The monthly Cattle on Feed Report, produced by the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service, provides data on the number of cattle and calves on feed, placements, marketing, and other disappearance.
