Catwoman -- incredible Liliane Montevecchi (1932-2018)

Cross the Broadway show CATS with, oh, the dancer-legend Catwoman Julie Newmar, and you still don't get Liliane. She was unique. She died June 29th in NYC, at 85. After beginning her career as a ballerina, and getting bit parts in movie musicals, she found fame at the Folies Bergere, and as a Vegas headliner. She won a Tony award on Broadway for "Nine," (1982) and another nomination for "Grand Hotel," (1990) and delighted audiences around the world with her own one-woman show.
