The defendant insists he’s a great father who never touched his ex. He’s countersuing because the plaintiff moved their daughter out of state. Then, The plaintiff says she and the defendant have the same father, but they grew up in different houses. They became close, but the plaintiff is suing her sister today for lost wages and defamation of character. The defendant agrees the sisters were close, but she’s countersuing for unpaid loans for rent. Plus, The plaintiff says she’s a recovering drug addict and so was the defendant. Still, they ended up dating. Now she’s suing him for the cost of a car and registration. The defendant says his addiction cost him everything, including custody of his son.
