CB Council Passes Short-Term Rental Ordinance

After a year of discussions, the town passed Ordinance 6 (and combined with Ordinance 12) to regulate short-term rentals. Here are some details: 30% of homes in the Green Zone will be allowed to have unlimited licenses. Zones R1D and R1E (The Verzuh Annexation) will be allowed into the green zone. All primary residences may obtain a 60-day maximum license, and primary residents may also obtain the unlimited license. Once the cap has been met, a "waiting line" will form.
