CB4 (1993) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch! | Chris Rock | Allen Payne | Charlie Murphy

Jaby & Vivian react to CB4 (1993), the satirical comedy that follows three aspiring rappers who reinvent themselves as a hardcore gangsta rap group after stealing the identity of a notorious criminal. Blending sharp social commentary with outrageous humor and memorable musical performances, the film pokes fun at the music industry, celebrity culture, and the rise of gangsta rap in the early 1990s. This reaction stands out for its hilarious performances, clever parody, and nonstop laughs, as Jaby & Vivian experience every ridiculous scheme, unforgettable song, and comedic twist in real time. Directed by Tamra Davis (Half Baked, Billy Madison, Crossroads, Jean-Michel Basquiat: The Radiant Child, GLOW), the film stars Chris Rock (Everybody Hates Chris, Top Five, Spiral, Grown Ups, Madagascar), Allen Payne (New Jack City, Jason’s Lyric, House of Payne, Vampire in Brooklyn, Double Platinum), Deezer D (ER, Fear of a Black Hat, CB4, Street Knight, Moesha), Phil Hartman (Saturday Night Live, NewsRadio, Jingle All the Way, Small Soldiers, The Simpsons), and Charlie Murphy (Chappelle’s Show, Norbit, Night at the Museum, Are We There Yet?, Lottery Ticket), bringing together a cast of comedy legends for one of the most memorable music-industry satires of the 1990s. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
