I’m Stephanie LI.大家好，我是主持人李莹亮。Coming up on today’s program.重点提要 -Energy-hungry and high-emission projects are put under control;-China officially applies to join CPTPP;-Shenzhou XII mission crew successfully lands today.Here’s what you need to know about China in the past 24 hours 中国经济要闻Your electricity bill may go up soon.China will firmly control energy-hungry and high-emission projects to improve the country's "dual control system" on energy consumption and energy intensity, the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) said in a recently issued plan released on Thursday. Recently, several southern China provinces including Guangdong, Guangxi and Guizhou have adjusted up electricity prices during the peak consumption hours, in response to operating pressure of coal-fired power plants, some of which are on the verge of bankruptcy. The Beijing Electric Power Industry Association has joined 11 coal-fired power companies in petitioning authorities to raise electricity rates to avoid bankruptcy amid surging coal prices.The NDRC has come up with four electricity prices reform measures this year including pumped-storage hydropower, preferential price for new energy, peak-valley electricity prices, and stricter price ladder for electrolytic aluminum industry, Peng Shaozong, an official with the NDRC, said to a press conference on Thursday.As a part of the plan to reach its goal of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, China launched the renewable electricity pilot trade program on September 7, which has pushed many companies to shift to products and business running models that are more friendly to the environment.More than 250 companies from home and abroad took part in green power pilot trading on the first day, purchasing more than 7.9 billion kilowatt hours of green power, which is equivalent of reduction of standard coal burning of more than 2.43 million tons and reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of more than 6.07 million tons.电价要涨了？电力行业“天花板”或将打开。9月16日，国家发改委印发《完善能源消费强度和总量双控制度方案》。方案明确提出，坚决管控高耗能高排放项目，各地要建立在建、拟建、存量高耗能高排放项目清单，明确处置意见。《方案》还指出，国家层面预留一定总量指标，统筹支持国家重大项目用能需求、可再生能源发展等；能源消费总量目标分解中，对能源利用效率较高、发展较快的地区适度倾斜。最近，包括广东、广西和贵州在内的几个华南省份提高了高峰时段的电价，以应对燃煤电厂的运营压力，其中一些电厂处于破产边缘。北京市电力行业协与11家燃煤电力公司一道提出上调电价的请求，以避免在煤炭价格飙升之际破产。国家发展改革委价格司副司长彭绍宗在新闻发布会上表示，今年以来，国家发展改革委加快推进电价改革，创新抽水蓄能价格机制、出台新能源平价上网政策、优化峰谷分时电价机制、实施更严格的电解铝行业阶梯电价制度。9月7日，全国绿色电力交易试点启动，开启了我国绿电消费新模式，是以市场机制创新落实“碳达峰、碳中和”的重要举措。据了解，今日启动的首次绿色电力交易，共17个省份259家市场主体参与，达成交易电量79.35亿千瓦时。本次交易预计将减少标煤燃烧243.60万吨，减排二氧化碳607.18万吨。The Shenzhou-12 manned spacecraft carrying three astronauts has successfully landed on the Dongfeng landing site at 1:34 p.m. today.
