I’m Stephanie LI.大家好,我是主持人李莹亮。Coming up on today’s program.重点提要 -28 Chinese cities saw new home prices edging up month-to-month in January, including all first-tier cities;-Multiple provinces have started to ramp up pork reserves to support prices.Here’s what you need to know about China in the past 24 hours 中国经济要闻China continued to see a generally stable housing market in January, as new home prices edge up for the first time since September on a monthly basis, official data showed Monday.New home prices in four first-tier cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, changed from a month-on-month decrease of 0.1 percent in December to an increase of 0.6 percent in January, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).New home prices in Beijing were up 1 percent from a month earlier, while Shanghai reported a 0.6-percent increase. And prices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen rose 0.5 percent, NBS data showed.A total of 31 second-tier cities saw a month-on-month increase of 0.1 percent in new home prices, while 35 third-tier cities witnessed a month-on-month decline of 0.2 percent in new home prices last month.Prices in second-hand home market in the four first-tier cities picked up 0.1 percent month on month in January, while those in second-tier and third-tier cities went down 0.2 and 0.4 percent, respectively.On a year-on-year basis, new home prices in first-tier cities rose 4.4 percent in January, flat from a month earlier, while those in second-tier and third-tier cities went up 2.5 percent and 0.5 percent, respectively, both eased from a month earlier.据国家统计局2月21日公布数据显示,2022年1月份,70个大中城市新建商品住宅和二手住宅销售价格环比降势减弱,同比涨幅总体回落。 1月份,一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格环比由上月下降0.1%转为上涨0.6%,其中北京、上海、广州和深圳分别上涨1.0%、0.6%、0.5%和0.5%;二线城市新建商品住宅价格环比上涨0.1%,三线城市新建商品住宅环比下降0.2%。二手住宅方面,一线城市二手住宅环比上涨0.1%,涨幅与上月相同;二线城市及三线城市二手住宅销售价格环比分别下降0.2%及0.4%,降幅均比上月收窄。与去年同期相比,1月份,一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比上涨4.4%,涨幅与上月相同;二线城市及三线城市新建商品住宅销售价格则分别上涨2.5%及0.5%,涨幅均比上月回落。Many provinces in China have started to ramp up pork reserve to support prices that have plunged in recent months, as the government worked to stabilize supplies and prices of meat, eggs and vegetables after the Spring Festival.
