CCDE part 1: Josh Griffin

In the first part of this  episode, I talk with Josh Griffin, the Assistant Director of the Center for Communication Difference and Equity (CCDE) at the University of Washington. He talks about what CCDE is, how it helps people of different racial and/or ethnic backgrounds foster conversations about racism, sexism, and other -isms that are in our society, what they do in the community to  help advocate for things like equity, social justice, and so much more!
